COVID-19 Update

GREAT NEWS! We will be opening our doors to our pet parents, June 1st!

We will be letting one pet parent, per family inside with their pet, with a mask. When you get to the clinic, do not just come inside, please text us at 847-296-3112, we will let you know when you can come inside (via text, phone call, or a technician will come to your car to get you), once inside we will have you weigh your pet and then go directly to the exam room.

For technician appointments (nail trims, anal glands, blood draws, boosters), we will not have pet parents come inside (due to space inside the clinic). We ask that you please text us when you get here with your last name, pet’s name, and space you are parked in.

For picking up medication and food we ask that you continue to call ahead and place an order, when you get to the clinic, please text us, and we will bring the medication/food to your car.

If you are not comfortable coming inside, or would prefer to stay outside, you are more then welcome to stay in your vehicle and send your pet inside with a technician.
